Can you poach with panache and fry with flair? Then you could become the new face of eggs! 

British Lion eggs are looking for someone with the ‘Eggs Factor’ - with the chance to compete in a national cook-off in London and walk away with the top prize of £5,000. 

It’s easy to enter - answer a few basic questions, let us know what your egg-based signature dish would be and tell us in 50 words or fewer why you think you have the Eggs Factor. If selected, you will be able to demonstrate your skills at one of the regional finals where one lucky winner from each of eight regions will get a £500 prize. The grand final will then take place in London in October, judged by a panel of experts, including celebrity chef Paul Merrett.
